Welcome to Terrarosaplace.com
Every once in a while a singer comes along that transcends the mainstream congestion and echoes back to when blues hard rock was sung with feeling, dedication and conviction. Such a singer is found in Ed Terry, a very exciting new talent featured on Vick LeCar’s Blue Moon CD. Molded from the embers of Jimmy Barnes, David Coverdale and Joe Lynn Turner, Terry completes the cycle in a natural aura of purity. An accomplished musician in every sense, the Long Island native plays all the instruments, does all the writing and showcases his production skills on Terrarosa.
Powerful Vocals!
This hard rock gem is packed with beautiful gut-wrenching, heart-pounding slabs of intoxicating rock. The drive of in-your-face "Real World" and "Gonna Get To You" counter the texture of the acoustic driven ballad "Yesterday’s Sun". It is taken one step further in "Last Night" and "Empty Promises". Checkout "Something In The Air" with its thick horn section – unusual but fitting. Then there’s "Don’t Cry", a gorgeous cut which stands up firmly next to Sting’s originals. "Freaky" and "Crazy" borrow immensely from current trends in European pop rock.
